Pointe Work Classes
Perfect your ballet skills with our fun and welcoming introduction to Pointe. Designed to develop strength and confidence in pointe shoes, we start by strengthening your feet and ankles while teaching how to prepare your shoes and feet for pointe work.
All pointe exercises are initially done at the barre to ensure safety and proper technique, with your progress guided by an experienced, professional teacher.
In Pointe Work, you’ll learn:
How to safely wear and work in pointe shoes.
Core, foot, and ankle strengthening exercises.
Expert advice on selecting and breaking in the perfect pointe shoes.
Who is this class for?
These classes are for dancers with previous ballet experience. Pointe shoes will only be worn once your tutor feels you’re ready and strong enough.
